Health benefit of Bananas

Most of Malaysian loves sweet, nutritious bananas. Since bananas come neatly packed in their own wrapper, they are very portable. They may be eaten in their whole form, sliced into fruit salad or mashed and added to muffin or fried (pisang goreng). Frozen bananas can be added to smoothies in place of yogurt or ice cream.

Many of us eat bananas without knowing its health benefit. this will be explained below.



As banana is much more cheaper than most of the fruits, we should incorporate this healthy fruit in our diet to improve our health.
